Troubleshooting the Connection
If you cannot connect to an RMC, check your internet access settings, including your firewall settings. Your network administrator can help you with this. (RMCTools uses TCP port 44818 for the main communications, and both RMCTools and RMCWin use port 1324 to browse for controllers on the Ethernet network)
Check the Online RMC Status page to find out if the RMC is actually online.
You may need to work with your network administrator or IT department if you are experiencing internet or network connection issues.
Note: Delta’s Online RMCs can host multiple sessions and other users may be connected to the RMC at the same time.
